The file never leaves your server
Documents are processed wherever you decide: your own server or a private cloud under your control. No uploading a client's contract to a tool whose terms you never read.
Legal sector
I've been reviewing contracts, drafting orders and tracking cases for years; I also write the code that does that work. I automate what eats hours in a practice and takes no judgement: the mechanical review, the repeated document, the data someone has to go fetch from a portal. What does take judgement stays yours.
First things first
And rightly so. In law, a tool that works fast but compromises confidentiality or professional responsibility is worthless.
Documents are processed wherever you decide: your own server or a private cloud under your control. No uploading a client's contract to a tool whose terms you never read.
Consent, purpose of processing, retention and deletion of personal data under Colombia's Law 1581 of 2012, defined before the first line of code is written — not in an annex afterwards.
No system decides for the lawyer. Everything produced stays a draft, with the source of each data point in plain sight, so you review it and sign off. Professional responsibility is not delegated to a model.
What can be automated
All of them come from real work, not a brochure. If your practice does something similar, the ground is already covered.
AI reads the contract and leaves comments inside the Word file itself, flagging risky clauses, gaps and deadlines, without rewriting the text. It can also propose fixes as visible tracked changes, to accept or reject one by one.
A checklist of legal requirements applied to every document, returning meets / does not meet, with the reasoning. Useful to admit a filing, review a draft deed, or screen what comes in before it takes up a lawyer's calendar.
Orders, contracts, formal requests, injunctions and other repetitive pieces, drafted on your own template with the case data already extracted. The firm's formatting is preserved; what changes is how long it takes to produce.
The system logs into the judiciary's portal, the trademark office or whichever registry applies, queries and extracts what it needs, and flags what changed. No more checking case status one by one every morning.
Upload several contracts or case files and get a consolidated spreadsheet — parties, amounts, terms, expiry dates — plus a dashboard with the numbers the firm looks at every Monday.
A channel that greets the client, takes the facts by chat or voice, checks whether the case qualifies and assembles the initial file. What reaches the lawyer arrives organised, with the gaps already flagged.
Already built
Six legal-sector pieces you can open right now, four of them published with a price. I'd rather show working product than promise percentages.
Out-of-court conciliation desk for judicial prosecutors: it checks the requirements of article 101 of Law 2220 of 2022, drafts the corresponding order, and assembles the hearing script and minutes from the case file.
See the desk →Prepares and files health-related constitutional injunctions over WhatsApp: it gathers the facts by chat or voice, checks eligibility, drafts the claim with its legal grounds, files it with the assigning court and reports every step until the ruling.
See Ampara →You type the brand name, the system queries the trademark office's official database, assesses conflicts and produces the full report on your own template, ready to file.
See the report →A WhatsApp number turned into a claims channel: it qualifies the case, estimates what is owed, collects the details, issues the engagement letter and power of attorney, receives the notarised authorisation and drafts the claim. The whole funnel inside the chat.
See the app →An entire contract file as a single pipeline: trademark lookup at the registry, requirement checks, drafting, comments and tracked changes in Word, consolidation into a spreadsheet, dashboard, chat with the contract and a draft email to the parties.
See the workflow →Bilingual company site for a dispute-resolution firm: architecture of practice areas and industry sectors, team profiles and a restrained voice that holds a corporate client's trust.

One call to see the real process: who does what, with which documents, and where it jams. I come out of it with a written scope, a timeline, and what is better not to automate.
We pick the task that hurts most and I build it on your own templates and files. You use it on real work and decide from evidence, not from a demo.
What works moves to the firm's server, with access control, backups and maintenance. What doesn't is dropped without ever having put the operation at risk.

Tell me and I'll say plainly whether it's worth automating, how long it would take, and which part is better left to a person. No formal proposal in between.
